Improved tests of entanglement and Bell inequalities with LHC tops

Abstract We discuss quantum entanglement in top pair production at the LHC. Near $$t {\bar{t}}$$ t ¯ threshold, observables are enhanced by suppressing contribution of $$q {\bar{q}}$$ q subprocesses, which is achieved a simple cut on velocity system laboratory frame. Furthermore, we design new that directly measure relevant combinations $$t{\bar{t}}$$ spin correlation coefficients involved measurement and Bell inequalities. As result, statistical sensitivity enhanced, up to factor 7 for inequalities near threshold.
